Digicode CRM Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Your account data

• Name, email address, phone number and profile photo (optional).
• Account passwords are stored encrypted (hashed), never in their original form.

Data you manage in the app

• Prospective customer (lead) data that comes in from your website or that you add yourself: name, phone number, email, address, message, notes and follow-up history.
• Booking schedules, support tickets, proposals and add-on order history.
• Email you send and receive through the Email feature, including attachments. For this feature you enter your business email account settings; the email password is stored encrypted.

Device data

• A notification token (push token) used to send notifications to your device.

We do not collect your location or phone contacts, and we do not use your data for advertising.

2. How we use data

Data is used only to run the service: showing and managing leads, sending and receiving email on your behalf, sending notifications, processing add-on orders, providing support and keeping accounts secure (for example captcha verification at login).

3. Third parties

We do not sell your data. It is processed only by service providers that help us run the app:

• Midtrans — processes add-on payments. Card and payment details are entered directly on Midtrans's page and are not stored by us.
• Expo / Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers notifications to your device.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — captcha verification at login and sign-up.
• Your own business email server provider (SMTP/IMAP) — for the Email feature.

4. Security

All communication between the app and the server uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited per company (tenant) and per user role (Admin, Sales Manager, Sales).

5. Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted through Delete Account in the app (see digicodebetastudio.com/faq), on digicodebetastudio.com/delete-request, or by contacting us at sales@digicodebetastudio.com. Requests are processed within 30 days at the latest. Data that the law requires us to keep (for example transaction records) may be kept longer as the applicable rules require.

6. Your rights

You can view and update your account data in the Profile menu, and ask for a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Children

This app is intended for business use by adults and is not intended for children under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Important changes will be announced through the app or by email.
